All PCs are windows 10 and have static IPs but the problem only happens with the same two wired (ethernet) units, never happens with any of the other six (wired and wireless). All those touting how great it is are brainwashed. Hope this helps any other almost bald person who has been pulling out their hair. Any mapped drive will always be in File Explorer. I no longer have to type the, I had a similar issue where 1/3 of the PCs on my home network did not show up in the network browser (all Win10). Bug in the command, I guess. I also noticed that when I rebooted the VPN software I use (ExpressVPN) wasn't running. I just remembered that I had recently (before this very same problem occurred for me) had my router assign a static IP to my local machine. I wasted so much time and this did it. I'm constantly having problems with it! Another workaround I found was after you share it with lights groups turned off, you can then add back the light groups and it does not remove the shared users access.  Shared users only have limited control over the Ring account. The only way I can see that its shared, is via typing
 If it is not already running click start in the left window highlighted in Blue, Now find Function Discovery Resource Publication, which is directly below it , Double click it and change start up to Automatic (Delayed Start) again. I had the same problem.

 Shared User invites are valid for 7 days. The network computers discovery method was WSD. Then click on the computer you want and map whichever drive you want.
